The Himalayan Salt Sachet can easily be used as a heating pad for tired, aching muscles, cramps, neck, and back pain.*

• When heated, the salt crystals enclosed in the 100% linen bag provide relief for tired, aching muscles, menstrual cramps, ear aches and other symptoms of overexertion.
• The warmed salt sachet is easily applied to a painful area such as sore, tense muscles, joint and back pain, or even ear infections. The sachet applies warmth and soothing where needed. The Salt Sachet can be used as a heating pad for neck and shoulders or as a heating pad for cramps.

• Gently warm your Sachet in the oven at 120-140 degrees (F) for 10 to 15 minutes. Do NOT heat in a microwave!

  Please test the heated Sachet before placing directly on the troubled area! If the temperature is acceptable, apply the heated Sachet to the troubled area for about 20 minutes.

  NOTE: Do not use the Sachet for acute, infectious rheumatic pains or for an acute gout attack!
