Normally, Serendipity House Limited does NOT accept any return or refund. However, return for exchange will be processed subject to the following terms & conditions.

DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged product/ packaging, please raise the issue before you sign receipt of the goods. The title in products is then transferred once you acknowledge receipt of goods. In case of defective or damaged product/ packaging, please send a picture with explanation to order@serendipityhouse.com.hk. Subject to our review, you may be eligible for an exchange at no additional costs.

DUPLICATE ORDERS

Serendipity House is NOT responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online.

UNDELIVERED GOODS

If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, we can reship your order with additional shipping fee.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both we and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong SAR courts in the event of any claim or dispute associated with these terms of sale.
